Delivery Service

We use EVRi or Royal Mail for all deliveries across the UK.

Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Orders made on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Handling
All orders are processed and packed at our UK fulfilment location.
Orders are then dispatched through Evri or Royal Mail services depending on the checkout selection.

• UK delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Standard Delivery (via EVRi): £4.00
Free Delivery: Orders over £40 qualify for free standard delivery.

Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within 2–4 working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your EVRi tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses.
Shipping to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or other remote locations may take slightly longer.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, EVRi will leave a card or send you a notification with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local EVRi ParcelShop.
